Look... you can try to 'define away' the issue by CLAIMING that the 'issue' is whatever you say it is, but that won't necessarily be all that persuasive.

(It should come as no surprise to you that I believe there is *more* to 'the issue' then what you assert it is... and the American laws are were we should turn for answers --- not to simply your imagination or your personal sense of 'what should be'.)

ACTUALLY... what I answered with was that: Neither 'your opinion', nor 'my opinion' mattered one little bit to what the American law said...., so it shouldn't matter at all what 'my definition' is.
