Leo, Pete, The problem with the NC for Corel is that they will be stuck somewhere between their contractor's cost, plus overhead and profit, and the price pressure coming from the competition. Those companies with insufficient resources will be the first to "shake-out." So if Corel can't hack it, how much will they have spent in the attempt? Thinking sideways again. Scott
