Hi CVS,

It's always a good idea to hold management accountable for failure to deliver, but in this case, I'm not sure it was their fault. One can point fingers and one could even say the customer was at fault for not properly testing their units prior to shipment. If RMTR didn't have insurance, especially after the last episode, I'd be pretty upset. But they do...though it remains to be seen what their insurance company will pay. My sense from the company is that this is a manageable one time issue and I am willing to overlook it if the fundamental business is starting to take off. If there are any option awards during the next quarter, I will be royally PO'd and they will definitely hear from me.
