"Clinton's complete failure to deal with Osama" Ann, maybe you haven't noticed, but Osama is STILL around along with his right hand man and the leaders of the Taliban that gave him protection. When Clinton was in office there wasn't any CLEAR evidence that the guy was directly connected to ANY attacks on the U.S. I'm sure that Clinton regrets not killing the guy when he had the chance, but I doubt that that would have ended the threat to any great degree. It cost maybe $50 grand total to send those guys over here and carry out 9/11??? You think they would have just forgotten the "Great Satan U.S." if Obama had been killed? Jihadism isn't like an "organized military" where you can just kill the leaders and the whole thing collapses. Killing ALL the leaders on a "deck of cards" isn't going to end the threat.
