When your checking accountant runs low, what do you do? Break into the kids piggy banks.....start looking for coins in the sofa? Reducing spending would not occur to you???



Interesting that you bring up a money example - generally you have two options - cut spending or make more money - as it relates to oil I suggest we do both and you continue to think that only one is viable and the other will do nothing - simply silly of you.
