Well it just goes to show when the instigators are cornered they'll want to save their lustrous careers and save face. The commission had amble time to reinstate Flag and Golden Briar after the Assitant Attorney General for the Province of Alberta made her assessment on posssible outcomes to this case. What was it $25,000 fine and a slap on the wrist like the other companies who were found to have similar cases? The real people who are being hurt are the shareholders and the Flag executives and this by the people who run this quasi governmental department.
Afew days ago I was at a shopping mall in the Okanagan and there was a minor accident between two vehicles. The owners were out discussing what had happened and they both all of a sudden jumped back in their vehicles and drove away, leaving the witnesses in awe. You wonder what decision they came too, it came down to how ICBC the quasi governmental body in BC would blackball them both and red flag them just because ICBC has the club mentality just like the knot heads who run the Alberta Security Commission in Calgary. Its a insider club mentality that is driving this witch hunt on the taxpayers money not their own otherwise this would of been long over. So really the Commission is screwing the taxpayers whos flipping the bill, company shareholders, workers in Ontario and the people of Canada while they try to trump up additional charges against these two individuals. Enough is Enough, but it goes to show when your dealing with people of authority that has had a colorful past, the rubber doll they passed around the building still lingers, but you'd think maybe some of the people would left with the doll! Salut!!
