Antonios, AMAT to my knowledge does not pay dividends nor do they have a dividend reinvestment plan. They're plowing all their excess cash into R&D to stay on top. If you want to participate in a high tech company's dividend reinvestment plan, INTC and MOT both have one. You can probably get info on these at their web sites. Marty
