I'm glad I can't afford to attend this upcoming meeting, 'cause the hostility will be very uncomfortable. I was thinking there was an outside chance that Rehfeld, Pacquette and Ullom were running the actual assets of the company and maintaining LACC business thru this crazy management/fraudulent issuing of shares, period, and even thought that a likely outcome was the LOWERING of O/S. Good luck to those brave enough and level headed enough to actually attend.
