I pretty much don't believe anything I read, even if I would like too. So I check it out. It seems that the link [http://www.aps.org/units/fps/newsletters/200807/index.cfm] is a not found. That link in listed in the article you posted. The link of the article rightwingnews.com is 100% valid. So I looked around aps.org and could not find the Monckton article. But from good old climatedebatedaily.com we have the aps.org that gives all the details of a Mathematical proof that there is no "climate crisis" The explanations and figures in the aps.org make a case that can only be ignored by morally and mentally disabled minds. For the normal minded There Is No Climate Change Crisis
