Don't get optimistic. I see a market rallying irrationally because the news wasn't as bad as they thought it would be. Not because of any change in fundamentals. Reality will prevail. That's just it.....this rally is due to the fact that the fundamentals are better than what was thought......at least so far. Whether the rally will hold depends on whether earnings going forward will continue to be good, what Congress does about the mortgage problem and the banks, and what oil does in the next few months. Sorry, Chris, your crystal ball is no better than mine.
