Joel, The market is not very sophisticated in its analysis of such data. Also the news sources that report it do not do a good job of reporting or interpreting it. Presents good opportunities for more astute investors. Glad that someone besides me is stepping up to the plate today. Guess everyone else's plate is already full. SC
