Yeah, but who gives the World 'roo Court the authority to do that? > Same as the USA gives themselves the authority to capture foreigners, even if they are in other countries, take them prisoner and keep them permanently. At least the World Court actually has that habeas corpus stuff and conducts a trial. The USA might or might not bother with those anachronistic ideas.
