the supply of money is getting tight

Elm, Supply of money is always tight in China.
That's why for the past 60 years, no one would dare to blow a bubble and spend deficit money to develop new innovation in China. They rather play it safe until other nations have blown their economy in experimentation. I think Brazil is in the same path as in mainland China to fuel this growing opportunity.
