Same as the USA gives themselves the authority to capture foreigners, even if they are in other countries, take them prisoner and keep them permanently.

That's because we are at war with Muslim Salafi Jihadists world wide, Mq. They don't wear uniforms or openly declare themselves. I would prefer that we put them in front of a firing squad after interrogating them, but we are too chicken-hearted to do it.

Best method for disposal of the bodies of these bastards would be a herd of feral pigs. That way, they end up as pig meat. No 72 virgins for them!
