Saddam and his sons were into the worst kind of rape and torture you can imagine. I would think you had read about it. They were really "small scale evil." The kind where they knew what they were.

Not the kind, like Hitler, Stalin, Mao and Pol Pot, where they killed millions and thought it was for the good of mankind.
