Sounds like the Commish is FINALLY getting serious about NSS..

Too bad it required the full-blown assaut on the financials to get his attention.

I suspect the Reg SHO list will be getting far shorter (pardon the pun)..

I also see that OSTK finally made it off the Reg SHO list on the 8th of July..

But what about those stocks where mmkrs can't rely upon options to work their way out of their NSS positions?
