So who's running the company now? Would be nice to hear from CEO, personally written, on current state of the company.
I really have a hard time believing that Americhip could have legally PR'd all the very positive material events over the last year, if they weren't absolutely true and in progress. And there is a whole lot of material progress noted in the last dozen PR's.
Now to read that the only two sources of how the Company is running are publicly criticizing each other, even though both have remained positive and supportive of Americhips prospects is beyond me.

If the share price today was over .50, and the market wasn't dedicated to selling it off relentlessly, than all this arguing wouldn't be going on.
If LACC is for real I wouldn't be surprised two things happened:
Americhip is bought out for cheap by big blue chip, AXL being the logical candidate;
or, the plan is to drive Americhip into bankruptcy and pick up patent when it expires and utilize LACC technology to cut production costs.
Hard to believe that after all this the question of whether or not LACC is commercially viable and reduces costs, after dozens of PR's that have stated exactly that. most recently Eaton.
