China Telecom has approximately 15-20 million CDMA 450 subscribers.... CDMA450 has not been officially sanctioned.... and Telecom will concentrate US$4 billion on rural connections. Since 450 is most efficient for that and they've announced recent agreements with Q... Jim ponders those big numbers for CDMA450, with economies of huge scale, maybe pushing India to open 450MHz for their masses, eventually for cheap DO.... And so on. Me too. Why not?
