** OT ** In Seattle now. Coming home tomorrow. What a crappy three weeks on the market, just when I hit an 8 month high the end of June.

We started out in Estes Park, and took a rental car in a big loop throughout western Colordao. Aspen, Durango, lots of climbing at 8500'+ and so forth.

Colorado is certainly an interesting place. Didn't see a single Canadian license plate the whole time, and that includes a lot of famous tourist spots.

Make any money while I was away?
