If anyone is interested in learning about the undisclosed facts about the Ampex case that I've identified in connection with my forensic research, my Affidavit dated July 14, 2008 can be accessed by going to the Court Docket. Click on this link, and then search under Docket #344:

Then, click on "Images," followed by "Main Document."

You might also want to read a letter written by Reynold Chang that the Court received on June 6, 2008. Search under Docket #345. Interestingly, since docket numbers are generally assigned based on the date order a filing is received and scanned, this likely means that the Court held up Mr. Chang's letter until after my Affidavit filing.
