Thank you, and thank you to all who replied with kind words. Terra will always be remembered as a dog that loved to play. This is her with one of her favorite toys (she was 5 years old in this photo): In keeping with the video theme here, this is an unfinished video I made, featuring Terra. youtube.com My mother is taking it hard, and as Joe said: "The hardest part of not having a dog is when there's nobody home walking into an empty house" My mother calls her house dead. She will most likely get another pet at some point, once the pain of losing Terra is not so bad. I can relate to others posts here that said they never want to go through the loss of a pet again.
