Hi Mike: I know Mr. Schiller personally and feel that you may be giving him more credit than he deserves as far as his business sense is concerned. I also know for a fact that he is considering a reverse split. As to wether he has the authority to act on his own is something that I can not say. What I do know is that he is a fairly large shareholder and would benefit just as much as any of us if the share proic were to increase. I also feel that he is a stuborn man who may be able to progress if he listened to the opinions of others. No one can be an expert in everything so why not consult an expert in areas where one is lacking? EGO EGO EGO!!! Vin-Man
