Looks like the USSE side of the house has got its tush is a jam with the SEC: sec.gov You may want to give some thought to any STTP holdings you currently have. A direct chat with Kelmer Smith would be a good idea, if you plan on holding other than free-shares or doing any collecting - until the SEC complaint is either resolved or upheld. .
