Oh pearly plus one, what does Moncktons background have to do with the science within the paper he published.

He identifies what he believes are several key constants used as the foundations of of the math or equations that really define why the suppositions of anthropogenic global warming predict the dire CO2 caused warming.

He takes them in turn and describes why he finds them in error. All the errors found go in same direction and eliminate the suggestion of any dire CO2 caused warming.

It is mind boggling to me that his politics mean anything. The question is one of science not politics. I cannot say Monckton has does his science correctly, but his science suppositions are not in conflict with the current known reality. In particular his science is not refuted by the non existent finger print of CO2 global warming.

But this APS statement is political. The APS should be ashamed of the last sentence. Before peer review to reject the conclusions suggests no objective review is possible. That is not science, that is politics.
The following article has not undergone any scientific peer review. Its conclusions are in disagreement with the overwhelming opinion of the world scientific community. The Council of the American Physical Society disagrees with this article's conclusions.
