I scanned that, but he only briefly mentioned what I think is the most significant issue: The color of the car interior. Most modern cars have some degree of insulation on the doors and roof, so it is hardly surprising that the exterior color does not radically affect the interior temps. The interior temp should be much more strongly affected by interior colors, and he didn't account for this. For all you know, the white painted car had a black interior, and the black painted car had a white interior. He needs to go back to the drawing board.
