The statement the earth MUST be in a net radiative balance is stupid. You prove you have no comprehension of physics.

Because the earth is always in a net radiative inbalance it warms and cools. There is a daily, a seasonal and longer terms and the integration of the inbalance suggests if the Earth is warming or cooling.

CO2 is trace bit player in the modulation of the inbalance.
