How do you do any "IMMEDIATE" drilling when there are not enough rigs to go around?

We can build drilling rigs. A proper commitment to it could flood the market with rig availability in a matter of months. If a tiny fraction of the effort were expended on building oil infrastructure that we spent on WWII we could be flowing oil from OCS and ANWR drilling in a year. Hell, do I need to point out to you what America did in a short 3.8 years during WWII?

What I have heard on CCs for oil service companies is that there is a year to 2 year backlog in rigs.

The problem is the liberals won't get out of the way.

Why don't you go steal something like a typical Republican.
