I don't think the thought of a reverse split is the biggest question here. That subject has been raised on occasion in the past (even by "Ingrid.")

What concerns me is the request for authorization of another 150 million shares. I understand the BT deal (if it goes through) may take some funding. Now, using .70 as a per share value, the 30 million shares they already have authorization to sell would bring in $21 million. I would have taken a much more optimistic view of this situation had the request been for an additional 20 to 50 million shares. They are asking for (at .70 per share) another $105 million. I, for one, want to see some figures from the company with their reasoning.

But, darn it, there I go thinking again.
