pcyhuang This statement of yours make me laugh twice as hard. You have totally misread the news. Do you understand what new "naked selling" on the specific 19 stocks mean? Where is the news mentioning forcing the MM's to cover thier naked shorted shares? I'll laugh with you. Never mind!! It was wishful thinking. Now I'm not laughing. Why don't they do it for ALL stocks? Guess I have been hoping for so long for a major change I only saw what I wanted to see. Can you ever forgive me??? And again..Why just a few stocks?? And forget this Grandfather clause. How can they just Grandfather shares like that? Someone owns them. Whose shares are out then? Oh..let's see. Can we use the shares held by insiders then? Those shares can be the shares never bought. Let's see if that causes an uproar.
