Cary, Why would KLAC be catagorized as front end, rather than test? I realize that alot of yield improvement testing is done at the front end, but isn't their test equipment used throughout? What else does KLAC make besides test equipment? Very few categories are air-tight, but what companies would you place squarely within the test box? SC
