Yes they ARE real time quotes. I am using it and have compared it with Interquote and it sure seems real time! I spoke to the company and they said that they call them Live quotes because they don't know the delay that comes from the Internet. Howevr their does not seem to be a delay. the web page say's something like, "get the quotes now not a minute later". The software isn't too good. But somehow they are giving it for $9.99 a month for real time on eight exchanges.
