survivor: At the time ACII put out their 7/18 PR, Gaskins did not have the 7/17 analyst report posted on his site, at least not that anyone on any of the ACII message boards saw. Nor was it PRd (it never showed up on Yahoo or otcbb.com). It was posted to Gaskins site the day after ACII pointed the finger at him for unauthorized press releases. It's easy to see why the "board" would not want this as public information via press release, although one can clearly see it is a matter of public record via the Michigan court documents. The fact that Walther's name is on the proxy is a complete joke, as Gaskins pretty much pointed out.
