Just to finish the story, I was assigned the stock today. So the bottom line for the series of QCOM transactions is: collected $0.80 on the original CC write. Stock was called. Wrote June puts for $1.00, bought back at $0.02. Wrote July 47.50 puts for $1.25, stock was put back to me. So I collected $3.03 in premiums but paid $2.50 more a share for the stock. I missed $0.14 in dividends and paid about $0.10 in commissions and fees, so I made about $0.29 more than if I had just sat on the stock. Interesting and mildly profitable exercise.

I have no plans to write anything this month until after earnings and any noise that occurs from the Nokia trial settles down.

Cheers, dku
