I don't weigh it the same as you do. Bring up your GoogleEarth and do a search for Alaskan oil pipeline, it will bring you to where it starts at Prudhoe Bay, and you can see ANWR just to the east. Look around at the existing infrastructure. I don't see drilling in a 2000 acre plot out of 18 million acres is going to spoil anything. If so, we'd say all of this damage you're concerned about with the operations at Prudhoe Bay. Did you know most of the natural gas from the north slope is burned off because there is currently no way to transport it?
