How would you "look for AQ operatives underground" - Superspies? Yes, why do you think we have intel? The CIA? So that Hollywood can make movies? What Iran or any other country in the ME does I would deal with on a case by case basis. Okay, Iran was shipping arms in arms and otherwise backing Sadr. What would you have done about it? Complain to Iran and to the UN.
