DAK.. Just look at the list of stocks on all of the Reg SHO lists and then explain to the board how that list can even exist under your version of the rules! Reg SHO, by its very existence PROVES that the rules are not being followed and it also PROVES that the SEC is doing nothing effective to enforce those rules. There are stocks on Reg SHO that have had fails to deliver for months, even years. I haven't heard of any broker losing his licence over this, but are you trying to tell be that the SEC can't tell who it is that hasn't delivered?
