Of course, there's a good chance that people are buying Syquest today because Iomega reported good earnings. Since people know that Syquest is in the same business Iomega is in, they assume that business is also good with Syquest. The same thing happened in '96 when Iomega had the big runup. It spilled over to Syquest.

And no, I don't think we all agree that Iomega's suit against Syquest is meritless. I happen to think that objecting to the use of the word "jet" was frivolous, but patent infringement is another matter.
