If you want to write a letter, be sure that it focuses on the PERTINENT issues. Do NOT use your letter as an opportunity to gripe about mismanagement, wasted opportunities, etc. These things are irrelevant for this bankruptcy case and will only detract from the important point(s) that should be covered! If you are not going to focus on the important issues, I believe that is better not to write anything at all, as you are only going to dilute and distract. And if you don't understand the issues, then take the time to do so, or ask questions on this message board about anything that isn't clear to you.
