If I recall correctly, didn't Ampx state in a PR that they didn't have the cash to make the 3-4 mil.payment required,,but after the BK announcement , the 10q shows that they have the 9 or so mil.in cash that we all said they had....Isn't that just one reason for concern for the Judge to review, plus they earned .23 for the month of May..Or am I mistaking here??
