survivor: I would believe more in what Gaskins is saying. Why would he be writing that Walther is being sued and has twice been ousted from his position? The company sure hasn't PRd that, yet it's a matter of public record that a court battle for control of ACII is being waged. We've publicly seen Walther removed from the BoD once through official company communication. It's not like Gaskins is pumping great potential here, he's revealing the warts. Gaskins was given information from Walther for a long time, now he sees what Walther is about. IMO, Gaskins is a lot closer to the truth than the PRs being released by the company. Current management doesn't want the real story as it relates to Walther getting out, most likely because it's ugly and Walther is still on the BoD.
