I don't know exactly your age but I really think at one point in life when someone is in the 50's and up that playing momo stock and miners is not really recommended.

You can have a small part for fun but you need to diversify.

Like you said it's better to live your life instead stressing with momo stocks.

My father is 65 and I think he is stuck with OSK. Not funny for him. He put to much money at the same place.

For my part I still am fully in gold-silver stocks. But still work full-time. Not ready to retire :))
