survivor: calm down .. .take a deep breath... Gaskins is saying to vote AGAINST the current BoD of AmeriChip. Gaskins is saying that Marc Walther has no business being on the BoD. How is he trying to sell shares by writing negative opinions of Marc Walther who is currently Chairman of the Board?!?!?! Obviously, in the past, he was basing his "paid" opinion on what Walther was telling him. Now, he's outing Walther as an unethical businessman, apparently AGAINST what current management wants him to do (see ACII's 7/18 PR).
