The USA government owns the DDTC and thus they make millions and millions every year and thus the Government is protected hidden by the SEC As well I would speculate its billions of dollars a year to cover the short fall for the USA government DEBTS Nobody in this world is giving USA billions and billions every day to cover there debts thus markets create wealth for the government
