It won't happen. McCain has not shown the chutzpa to push it. He has drifted on ANWR, gas prices, the Congressional proposed federal gas tax hike and other opportunities. He has not pushed the Supreme court Second Amendment issue. McCain is weak on too many issues which have been handed to him on a platter.
