i think two dead bodies will be dumped at the treasury building, one named fannie and the other called freddie.

both will be found to have been dead for awhile, by misadventure, foul play or murder in course of mugging.

lots of suspects will be rounded up, summarily punished, and true culprits will be let go, destination friendly caribbean, loot in bags, in broad daylight.
