Complete obfuscation. Laws governing stock issuance are the superior to rules contrived to facilitate the transfer of wealth. Hedge funds are making bad investments on the basis of allowances and loopholes set in place by regulators whose franchise was and remains surveillance of in place law. All naked short selling is illegal when a companies stock is traded outside of the companies free float dynamics. Supply and demand are the only arbiters of value, rules that subvert natural valuation process are nothing more than contrivance. Shareholders will begin to discover the disconnect soon.
