One Investors Speaks Up--Wildo Says
What is the roadmap to success?
Business is made up of many different variables. To have the answers to all of the operational expenses and capitols expenditures of a corporation is impossible. We do know the basic process takes the lowest grade of PRB coal and refines it into a 11,000 BTU coal with much reduced sulphur and mercury. The other thing we know is that low grade PRB coal sells for less than $10 per ton and high grade Application Coal sells for over $120 per ton. Without an MBA I can understand that process.
I have a belief that an engineering department, in partnership with the largest construction company in the world, could build a plant that can accomplished this task.
K-Direct plants make a lot of sense and will come about in the future. Power plants do not know what the final Government Regulations are gong to be and don't want to make major CPAX without knowing the end regulations. That is a timing situation that will be resolved over time.
The present plan is to build a plant with the new design in the Midwest to supply different industries with K-Fuel. The recent test results show that a mixture of 25% K-Fuel and 75% Illinois Coal or Ohio Coal burns successfully and exceeds all government pollution regulations.
I am sure you will come up with a lot of additional questions to try to confuse the situation, but it is not that difficult to understand. The company plan is to buy coal at a low price, refine it into a product that sells at a higher price. The benefit to Midwest industry is that they can now use their native coals and have an improved energy source. There is not any other company that can produce this type of product for these industrial consumers. Generally when there is a demand and one person can supply the product to meet that demand, a profit is made.
While we are on the subject of supply and demand, what is your advice for anyone shorting this $1.60 stock? What do you think will happen to the shorts if the company announces a new plant in the Midwest?
Before you come up with a lot of questions about how they will finance a new plant, rest assured the new president of the board William Walker will arrange a package that does not dilute the stock to nothing.
This concept will not only be applied in the United States, but all over the world.
We do know that energy is a world problem and EEE will produce one of the solutions to that problem.
Best wishes,
Will
