You must be totally crazy! Let me ask you something. Did we land on the moon? Why would somone pay for someone to post on BS threads? How would they profit?

I don't know who does. But I have heard that such miscreants are paid by some regressive outfits to do that. And since they get only 5 cents or so per response, it is dirt cheap anyway..
