I have discounted #4 as well, but when there are people publishing newsletters saying there has only been one hit so far, I wonder.

Drever has a good bio. so I hope for the best re competence, but it is hard to tell the thinking of management from limited info in NRs. The QP, Eric Fier is grad of Montana Tech. Well respected in these parts.
