Oh? And just what part of the patent lawsuit specifically do you find has merit? Bear in mind that Syquest INVENTED this whole category of removable drives.

After all is said and done, this case will amount to NOTHING. It will be tossed out of court. It's a general concensus that it's just a distraction iomega is trying to throw up to ward off a competitor who is showing signs of life. And also, whose stock (SYQT) is showing the urge to move rapidly upward.
